Client: TotalEnergies.

Goal: Redesign the About Us page according to the new look & feel of the design system, showing their energy resources, headquarters and geographic location.

Tasks performed: Several requests from the product owners (client) in an agile work model carried out and organized by a project manager or scrum master.
Team: As Product designer I supported in the redesign of this section of the website along with another Product designer profile and a UX Writer profile, making adjustments and proposing solutions to the client's briefing. These proposals were accepted by the client and went into live production.

Loyalty program:
💍 During the TotalEnergies Loyalty project, we carried out a complete research phase that involved direct collaboration with key stakeholders. Based on the insights and outcomes from this process, we designed a customer journey that included a personalized email flow with different offers, as well as a dynamic landing page where users could exchange points earned from their electricity bills for various experiences. We also conducted a benchmark analysis of loyalty programs and customer areas across both direct and indirect competitors, which helped us identify industry best practices. From there, we developed multiple strategies to increase the visibility and engagement of the loyalty program within the customer area, aligning business goals with user needs.

🌈 Phase III: we conducted an in-depth benchmark of loyalty programs and customer areas from both direct and indirect competitors. This helped us identify patterns, positioning strategies, and best practices in the way companies communicate and structure loyalty programs within their platforms and landing pages.
🌈 Phase IV: we designed and proposed a set of UI modules to boost the visibility of the loyalty program within the customer area and homepage. These modules were aimed at increasing awareness, encouraging interaction, and creating a more integrated and valuable experience for users already engaged with the brand.
