🦕 Excellence Accessibility Center for Moeve.
1. Client: Moeve

2. Objective: Improve the accessibility culture of the company and finally prepare a roadmap to comply with the EAA regulation.
3. Tasks performed: I was supporting a Front End Accessibility Expert, doing audits, preparing reports for the client, studying all the accessibility issues and trying to solve them by doing different techniques such us redesigns, accessibility guides, etc.

The team is formed by a Product Designer (me), a Front End Accessibility Expert, all supervised by a project manager.

In the client side the project is lead by the Product Owners and three Product Managers (Design Manager, Project Manager and the Inclusion and HHRR Manager).

🧑‍🦽🦮 Redesign of the comercial website, applying accessibility improvements respecting the original design, once the accessibility audit was done.
🔎 Figjam of the discovery sessions: in several meetings with the client we did a research phase where we got many findings about the area working flux and tools they use, and how we could do them accessible.
📲 Accessibility audit of the Moeve Gow App using tools such us VoiceOver, A11y Inspector (iOS) and TalkBack & A11y Scanner (Android).

📙 A11y "Good practices guide" for designers and developers with another section for cognitive understanding. (Content). In this guide we divide the WCAG 2.2 regulation in 11 fields to easily understand this regulation and know how to apply it. It is for the whole team use and it should be read by all the development team (designers, front end, ux writers, etc) and also by the PO, to simplify the accessibility process. It is also customed with several frameworks illustration to better explain all the requirements of an accessible design.
